I had a fantastic time during my three-night stay as the staff were so welcoming, and the cozy rooms made me feel right at home while I explored the Isles of Scilly Museum just a few steps away and enjoyed the beautiful Town Beach, which was a pleasant stroll from my hotel.

No air conditioning in rooms!!! Managing room temperature was a hassle. The restaurant area’s dog policy raised hygiene concerns for us. An elevator would greatly ease accessibility to upper floors!!!

Friendly staff and delicious food, but the Wi-Fi was really slow during our stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful Mediterranean gardens and elegant decor of St Marys Hall Hotel, which created a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was especially accessible for older guests, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We spent 3 nights here and had an awesome time. The location is perfect, and Peter at reception was super helpful. It was fun chatting with the bar staff about their season. Just a heads up, most guests seemed a bit older, but it didn’t bother us. Enjoyed in-room breakfast, but the coffee could’ve been better.

Exceptional service defined the experience, particularly from the restaurant staff, who were always cheerful and efficient. The comfortable superior room was well furnished with quality bedding and lovely toiletries, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfasts were delightful, and the house wine was a pleasant surprise. While the location allowed for easy beach access, minor issues included limited room size which could be improved for more spacious comfort.

Had a fantastic time. the seafood gratin was the best I’ve ever had, and the attention to detail made dining a pleasure. I’d definitely come back again!

Had an amazing dinner that was probably the best culinary decision of the holiday, staff were just very nice. There was this lovely touch with cold water ready on the table, showed me the attention to detail.

during my previous stay in hugh town, i was left wanting more, but this time at st marys hall, i was pleasantly surprised by the attentive service and exceptional dining experience. every meal felt special, and the atmosphere made each moment enjoyable. the staff really seem to love what they do, which made all the difference.

The room was cozy and had everything I needed. The bathroom was really nice with great toiletries. The shower pressure was awesome! Not super spacious, but it felt well-appointed overall.
